Liver omelette
Instructions
Melt in 1 Pan 30 g of butter with 2 Bay leaves washed, let you cook the liver on both sides, then must be flushed with marsala and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and mix everything.
Beat eggs, add salt, add the cream and overthrow the liver mixture into 1 greased pan with remaining butter.
When the omelette is golden brown on the bottom, turn it and Brown it well on the other side, over low heat to bake inside.

- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
