Rice omelette
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter, let dry shallots.
Beat the eggs, add salt, pepatele, add the rice and Parmesan.
Pour the mixture into the Pan and cook on both sides as long as necessary.
Served piping hot with tomato sauce separately if you like.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of boiled rice
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of butter
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 shallot
- Salt
- Pepper
