Instructions

Beat 4 eggs into a bowl, add 1 pinch of salt, 2 Zucchini, sliced 4 basil leaves, 1/2 glass of fresh milk.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan and place in the oven already warm for 35 minutes.

Can also be served cold.
