Double spicy frittata
Instructions
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
Cut the sausage into slices and then dice them coarsely.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil, let exhaust the onions, salt and pepper in moderation, pour over three beaten eggs and cook the omelet on both sides.
Make another equal-size omelet with remaining eggs and salami.
Stack the two omelettes, cut into four wedges and serve.

- 6 eggs
- 2 spring onions
- 1 type hungarian salami
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
