Winter frittata
Instructions
Clean the leeks, cut into thin slices and cook in oil gradually adding a little water so as not to darken.
Add the ham, add salt and cook for a few minutes then wipe the cooking sauce.
Beat the eggs with the grated cheese, a pinch of salt and the chopped parsley.
Add the leeks and cook the omelet on both sides in a non-stick pan rather wide.

- 3 leeks
- 80 g of diced cooked ham
- 6 eggs
- 50 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
