Spicy omelet
Instructions
Bake for 20 minutes, covered casserole, sliced onion with butter, a pinch of salt and paprika.
Stir in the pepper and the chopped anchovies and beer and continue cooking, uncovered, for an additional dish 20 minutes.
Beat the eggs with the cheese and the salt and merge them to the mixture of onions and bell pepper.
Bake the omelet on both sides.

- 4 onions
- 8 eggs
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons of blonde beer
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
