Rustic omelette
Instructions
Cut the sausage into small pieces, place in a pan and fry them fresh focus for a few minutes.
Break the eggs in a bowl, beat them with care using a whisk, then flavour with salt and a pepper minced.
Stir eggs four tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, then pour into the pan with the sausage.
Briefly mix with a wooden spoon, flatten the omelette by pressing it with a shovel and let it cook over a moderate heat for about 4-5 minutes.
When it is well cooked on the one hand, reflect and cook also, finally served.
