Marinated herring (2)
Instructions
Prepare the marinade with 5 tablespoons of olive oil, two of vinegar, Bay leaves, 10 peppercorns.
Soak the smoked herring fillets and fasciateveli at least one day.
Drain them and serve them with lightly buttered black bread.

- 6 smoked herring fillets
- 1 onion
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 10 grains of pepper
- To serve:
- Black bread
- Butter
