Omelette with tomato sauce and spicy anchovies
Instructions
Cook pasta and cool.
Braise the onions, slice them and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix the pasta and add the eggs.
Make the omelette and serve with tomato sauce which made dissolving anchovies.

- 200 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 spring onions
- 10 cl of tomato
- 2 eggs
- 6 spicy anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
