Eggrolls to rocket
Instructions
Beat the eggs with flour, milk and salt with a batter and made of thin pancakes in pan.
Put the cheese in a bowl, two tablespoons of mascarpone, Arugula and chopped tomatoes peeled and cut into small pieces.
Mix with salt and pepper until obtaining a smooth cream that spalmerete the eggrolls.
Place roll on a baking tray.
Mix the rest of mascarpone cheese with Parmesan so you get a cream which distribute on the surface.
Do Browning for 30 minutes in a hot oven, being careful that it does not dry out too.

- 200 g of mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 20 cl of milk
- 3 bunches of arugula salad
- Goat cheeses
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmigiano
