Cherry frittatona
Instructions
Sprinkle the cherries with the brandy and let them soak for an hour.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the salt, flour and milk; stir and add the whipped egg whites.
Grease baking dish, add 1 to the bottom in a single layer the cherries drained from liquor, pour over the eggs and go in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
As soon as the eggs will be curdled and the omelette is golden, sfornarla, sprinkle with icing sugar mixed with cinnamon
