Bacon pancakes
Instructions
Prepare the dough for beignets and keep it aside.
In a little butter make Brown the slices of bacon until crisp, then chop them and mixed with parsley, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of mustard.
Stir this mixture to dough for beignets.
Formed many small balls and FRY in plenty of hot oil for a few minutes.
The pancakes should be well browned and puffed.
Serve well-heated

- Dough for beignets
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Little of butter
- Abundant of olive oil
- Pin 1 of mustard
- 1 pinch of black pepper
