Pancakes with dried plums and chocolate

Leave to soak the prunes for a period from 2 to 4 hours, depending on how they are dried, drain, farcitele with almonds, mix the dough and FRY to 170 degrees in plenty of hot grease.
Drain, roll them up into fine grated chocolate mixed with powdered sugar and serve.
These pancakes are even more good if served with a vanilla sauce or the chadeau.

- Sweet dough
- 200 g of prunes large boned
- 30 g of almond
- Sweet grease
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 20 g of icing sugar
