Pancakes with raisins
Instructions
Add the flour, little by little, the milk until a thickish batter but smooth.
Combine the salt, lemon zest, eggs (one at a time) and raisins squeezed.
Heat the oil and pour the mixture in spoonfuls.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat, put them in paper towels and then in sugar.
Serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of sultanas softened in water
- 25 cl of milk
- 200 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- Salt
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- Frying oil
