Instructions
In a bowl put the peeled and chopped sausage, herbs, breadcrumbs, fontina cheese, diced, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture and form of pellets slightly crushed.
Fry them in plenty of hot oil and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of sausage
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram)
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
