Instructions

Very finely chop the spring onion with a sprig of parsley.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the sifted flour and banging ever.

Pour flush with enough milk to obtain a smooth batter.

Add salt, pepper and stir in the chopped and shrimps.

Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes.

Heat plenty of oil and pour in the mixture with a spoon.

Brown the pancakes on both sides.

Drain and serve hot.
