Pork pancakes
Instructions
Cook, 40 g butter, 500 g of pork loin cut into cubes.
Drain and in cooking add more 20 g butter, Saute 3 tablespoons of chopped scallions.
Beat together 2 cups of flour, 6 eggs, 1 cup of milk, salt and 20 g of melted butter until you have a batter.
Pour in the batter pork and Leek.
Mix well the mixture in spoonfuls into boiling oil to Brown on both sides.
Garnish with watercress and serve.
