Fish fritters
Instructions
Pounded and mixed with chopped garlic, chives, coriander root, the root krachai, peppercorns and shrimp paste until they are blended so well to form a fine paste.
Place the fish fillets in the blender and arranging them into the mixture prepared earlier.
Add beaten egg, mix everything together and pour the mixture into a soup tureen that you cut beans.
Prepare the large pancakes (about 1 tablespoon dough for each) and FRY in hot oil until they become golden brown.
Served on a plate garnished with cucumber slices for decoration
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of barbed fish fillets
- 250 g of finely cut beans
- == 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives
- 1/2 tablespoon of coriander root
- 1 tablespoon of krachai root
- 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon of shrimp pasta
- 10 dried chillies chopped seedless
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of olive oil
