Pumpkin pancakes
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
Prepare a batter with flour, the egg, a pinch of salt and lots of beer will do much to obtain a smooth cream.
Pass the pumpkin slices in batter and FRY in plenty of hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of clean gourd
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 tablespoon of grated horseradish
- Lager
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- Abundant of olive oil
