Instructions

Scale the anchovies and deprive them of the heads and entrails.

Wash them, dry them and place them very close in a baking dish.

Emulsify the oil with the lemon juice and pour the sauce on the fish.

Sprinkle with salt and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
