Fried acquardelle
Instructions
Put the eggs in a bowl, iced water, flour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda.
Beat the batter very well with a whisk to avoid lumps forming.
Dip fish in batter and fry them for a few minutes in hot oil.
Serve immediately with warm well.

- 400 g of acquardelle
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of iced water
- 65 g of flour
- 1 pinch of bicarbonate
