Instructions

Clean the anchovies, remove the head, entrails, spinatele trying not to divide them, wash them, dry them and flour them.

Slowly fry the anchovies in plenty of hot oil, drain well browned and crispy on a paper towel, add salt, place them on a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges and sprigs of parsley.

Served piping hot.
