Instructions
Whip the egg yolks with sugar, add the softened butter and stir in the flour and cocoa.
Leave the dough wrapped in plastic wrap for 30 minutes, then reduce it to big balls like nuts, flat and mash slightly in the middle.
Bake the cookies in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Heat Strawberry Jam and pour it in the center of shortbread.

- 200 g of soft butter
- 250 g of flour
- 50 g of cocoa
- Icing sugar
- 150 g of strawberry jam
