Frozen eggnog
Instructions
Shake vigorously in a shaker with ice cubes gradually.
Add the white of an egg mounted to snow.
Serve in tall, with gotto a pinch of nutmeg.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 egg yolk
- 4/6 cream
- 1/6 rum
- 1/6 cognac
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla powder
- Sugar
- To complete:
- 1 egg whites whipped until foamy
- To serve:
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
