Instructions
Using a blender, fill the mug the banana (formerly peeled), strawberries, you have very carefully washed, yoghurt and honey.
Then, blend for about 15 seconds, until a foamy drink and without lumps and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 strawberries
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 jar of nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
