Melon and strawberry smoothie
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the sugar, until it is completely melted.
Quickly wash the strawberries in ice water, drain and dry them gently, put them in the compound of lemon and sugar, then add the diced melon.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon, place the bowl in the fridge and let macerate the fruit for about an hour.
After this time, pass the strawberries to go, put the past in the Blender jar, combine melon, maceration juice and blend the mixture for one minute.
Combine the crushed ice and blend again for a while.
Pour the puree into individual cups or serving bowl and serve immediately.
