Spicy anchovies
Instructions
Empty the anchovies, rinse them and dry them.
Peel and chop garlic.
Blanch the tomatoes, then Peel, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Crumble the chilli.
Put 2 tablespoons olive oil, chilli and garlic in a saucepan and let it season.
Add the paprika and onion thinly sliced.
Stir, then add the anchovies, add the wine and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
Dilute a pinch of salt in vinegar poured into a bowl and stir in the oil remained along with the cooking liquid of anchovies.
Place these in a serving dish, spread over the tomato pieces, drizzle with sauce and serve.
