Caramel fruit
Instructions
Wash and dry fruit.
Leave the stem attached to the strawberries and grapes.
Melt over low heat the sugar with water, stirring, then turn up the heat until the sugar starts to caramelize.
Quickly dip the fruits one at a time, caramellandoli from all sides.
Place, well spaced, on an oiled plate and allow to dry the caramel.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 not overripe strawberries
- 1 bunch of grapes
- 100 g of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- Sweet almond oil
