Fruits in sparkling wine (2)
Instructions
Shell the pomegranate, cut into chunks, pineapple Peel and cut into cubes or slices the other fruit and put it in a Cup.
Then sprinkle with sugar and allow to macerate.
When serving sprinkle with 2 glasses of sparkling wine, stir well and bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 kiwi
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 2 cups of sparkling wine
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 60 g of sugar
