Cooked fruit with pastry
Instructions
Peel apples and pears, cut them into chunks and put them in a cold saucepan which do not exceed 2/3 of capacity; Add the washed plums, sugar, cloves and wine.
Put the saucepan on the heat and as soon as it reaches boiling, lower the flame and close the lid.
Bake 20 minutes; serve almost cold.

- 2 golden apples
- 1 not-too-ripe pear
- 1/2 package of california prunes
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 cloves
- 25 cl of full-bodied red wine
