Canned fruit cup
Instructions
Private cherries and apricot kernel and cut them into small pieces, cut into wedges also diced peaches and pineapple slices.
Place the fruit in a bowl and dress with the juice of grapefruit and 1 glass of pineapple juice.
Leave to marinate for a few hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices pineapple
- 6 apricots in syrup
- 6 half peach compote
- 16 cherries in syrup
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 glass of pineapple juice
