Mushrooms, artichokes and olives
Instructions
Let it drain the mozzarella and then cut it into slices.
Cut the olives into slices and chopped artichoke hearts.
Turn on the oven to 250 degrees.
With a lightly floured rolling pin roll the dough for pizza.
Pour over the tomato sauce evenly spreading it over the entire surface of the dough.
Add so spread the mozzarella, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza and let it cook for twenty minutes until the surface is golden and crisp and become the mozzarella has melted completely.
Serve hot.
Suggested wine: Squinzano.

- 100 g of black olives
- 10 artichokes in olive oil
- 100 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- 350 g of mozzarella
- 350 g of tomato sauce
- 450 g of pizza dough
