Mushrooms with balsamic vinegar (2)
Instructions
Gently fry the garlic in hot oil for 1 or 2 minutes to Brown.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the balsamic vinegar and wine, and cook for another two minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with croutons.

- 7 cl of olive oil
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 450 g of fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 5 cl of balsamic vinegar
- 5 cl of white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
