Provencal mushroom
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up in thin slices.
Add the diced tomatoes, pitted olives, cleaned chopped basil leaves and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
Before serving sprinkle the mushrooms with egg-yolks firm crumbled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of mushrooms
- 3 firm ripe tomatoes
- 1 handful of black olives
- 2 yolks of hard-boiled eggs
- Basil
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
