Mushrooms with pumpkin
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms, cut those large sliced not too thin and it diced pumpkin.
Clean the onion, cut it into very thin slices and let them dry in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter.
Then add pumpkin and mushrooms, turn up the heat and let stand for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper, lower heat, pour a ladle of hot broth and simmer.
When cooked add minced parsley and plenty of fresh Marjoram.
Stir, place on warm serving dish and serve.

- 600 g of mixed mushrooms
- 300 g of pumpkin pulp
- 1 onion
- 1 ladle of hot broth
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh marjoram
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
