Gratinated mushrooms
Instructions
Carefully clean the mushrooms.
The largest cut into slices not too thin and leave others whole.
In a saucepan melt 30 g butter and minced shallots wilt.
Add the mushrooms and season with lively flame.
Add the diced ham and parsley.
Add salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
Prepare the béchamel sauce.
When ready add the egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, a pinch of nutmeg.
Place the mushrooms in a buttered baking dish, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with a tablespoon of bread crumbs.
Spread some butter and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool a bit.
Serve.

- 600 g of mushrooms
- 80 g of ham (slices from 80 g)
- 40 g of butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Bechamel
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
