Fungi in vine leaves
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with vine leaves scalded in boiling water.
Coat with olive oil and over pour 800 g.
of mushrooms grown adult.
Season with salt, pepper and 4 cloves of whole garlic.
Grease with olive oil and cover the mushrooms with other grape leaves scalded in boiling water.
Cover and cook in the oven already warm to 120 degrees for 40-60 minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked.
Remove the upper part of the vine leaves and serve hot.
