Coat the chicken with beer
Instructions
Cut the breasts in half and then again divide them into two, remove the drumstick and batteteli slightly.
In a bowl mix the ground beef with the grated cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture over the breast fillets, roll them up, tie it up, sprinkle with flour.
In a saucepan heat the butter and leave to dry onions cut into thin slices.
Then insaporitevi the rolls for a few minutes.
Pour the beer and cook for twenty minutes.
If necessary, increase the heat to thicken the sauce.
Untie the rolls cut slices, arrange on serving dish, nappateli with their salsa and serve.
