Arrostino lamb
Instructions
Made from one or two sandwiches (preferably the day before) two handfuls of Crumb that sbriciolerete well.
Add fresh herbs that you'll very finely chopped, salted, flavoured with a fine ground pepper and add two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
Stir again so that the ingredients are well blended.
Tie the meat with kitchen string.
For best results, prepare the roast from your butcher, choosing the flesh boneless thigh or boned.
Distributed evenly (with hands) herb bread roasted on pressing well so that cling to the surface.
Transfer it in a nonstick pan with a little oil.
Cover with parchment paper.
Meanwhile the oven heated to 180 degrees.
Bake the roast for 30-40 minutes (depending on the type of cooking you prefer).
Sfornatelo, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve in thick slices accompanied with a seasonal side dish.

- 600 g of roast lamb
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 bunch of herbs (thyme, marjoram and mint)
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Black pepper
