Fusilli with shrimp
Instructions
Season thawed shrimp with lemon and salt.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard and brandy, add the shrimp.
Drain the pasta al dente, season it with a little oil and allow it to cool before adding the sauce.
Stir and serve sprinkled with the chopped aromatic.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of shrimp
- 250 g of mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 pack of cooking cream
- 3 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped basil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
