Fusilli with peppers (2)
Instructions
Roast the pepper, spellarlo and cut it into small pieces.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add the sliced onion, garlic, chili and 1 1/2 cup of broth.
Add the pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the garlic and blend with the cream sauce.
Boil Rotini, drain and toss with the sauce, a sprinkling of parsley and Parmesan to taste.

- 300 g of type pasta fusilli
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- Sprinkling 1 of chopped parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 chili
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
