Fusilli with basil
Instructions
Cook fusilli until al dente in salted water.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Wash and finely chop the Basil along with the peeled garlic cloves.
In a small frying pan to heat the oil, add the chopped garlic and basil and let it season for just a few moments.
Drain the pasta, putting it in 1 Bowl, season it with the cheese, the Basil oil and a handful of pepper.
Stir and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta fusilli
- Basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of grated aged pecorino cheese
- Salt
- 1 handful of pepper
