The corsair fusilli
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter, let it heat for 5 minutes, add the ham cut into strips, to warm and add the Parmesan.
Cook pasta al dente, season it with the egg and sauce with ham, stir and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta fusilli
- 100 g of ham
- 20 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
