Fusilli bean cream
Instructions
In a pan saute the sliced onion and diced Bacon, then add the chopped tomatoes and green beans that were passed to the vegetable mill.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, pour it into the Pan, stir, add the basil leaves and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta fusilli
- 300 g of borlotti beans
- 100 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Some leaves of basil
- Salt
