Fusilli with bacon
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
To add in the butter and add the bacon cut into strips.
Roast it then add the wine and let it evaporate.
Remove from the heat.
Boil the fusilli in salted water, drain and pour into a soup tureen.
Toss with the mascarpone cheese, potatoes and Bacon, ground pepper and the Parmesan.
Mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 3 small potatoes
- 80 g of speck
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Minced 1 of pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
