Colored fusilli with vegetables
Instructions
Put to boil a pan of salted water, scrape the carrots, wash them and cut them into cubes.
Peel the courgette, cut into slices and cut a little star, using a stencil.
Throw in boiling water the cubes of carrot and frozen peas and wait until the water starts to boil.
Throw the fusilli and cook for 6 minutes, add the zucchini and cook another 3 minutes, then drain the pasta and vegetables.
Put everything into the pot still warm, add the butter and let it melt and mix everything.
