Fusilli with mint and oregano
Instructions
Crumble the sausage, pass it in the butter, add the crushed garlic and cook well.
Pour the wine, let it consume, remove garlic, add the chopped Mint and oregano together, stir well and continue cooking over low heat.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta, then drain and serve.

- 200 g of fresh sausage

- 20 g of oregano
