Fusilli with ricotta and basil
Instructions
Pass through a sieve the ricotta and mix with butter.
Blend the basil leaves washed and dried with 3 tablespoons milk, 3 of Parmesan, cream, salt, white pepper and garlic.
Combine the ricotta Basil Smoothie and mix carefully.
Boil Rotini, drain and toss with prepared cream.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 220 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 50 g of butter
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Salt
- White pepper
