Fusilli, mint and ricotta
Instructions
While the pasta is cooking, put in the mixer the cream cheese, mint, parsley, salt and pepper; blend and add oil as needed to obtain a creamy sauce.
Drain the pasta and serve at once, stirring very well.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of ricotta
- 50 G = = Mint
- 50 g of parsley
- Chili powder
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
