Vernaccia hen
Instructions
In a saucepan heat oil and before soffriggetevi the onion, then the hen cut into pieces.
Add salt to sprinkle with nutmeg.
Stir.
Wet with a little Grenache and two tablespoons of water, let it evaporate and continue up to wine consumption leading to moderate flame cooking.
At the end sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Disponte the slices of bread on the serving dish held in warm, spray them with cooking and sauce over chicken pieces dispontevi.
Served piping hot.

- 1 hen
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 cl of grenache
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Nutmeg
- Bread crostoni
- Salt
